CUSTOM HOME DIVISION

The partners of The Family Development Team regard building custom homes as an art in itself. In addition to the custom and semi-custom homes built under The Family Development Team banner, each partner has also owned and operated his own successful custom home development company.

The custom home process starts with identifying the client’s goals and objectives and then designing and building a masterpiece that addresses them. Success has come by thinking through each and every detail of the process to ensure that it is in congruence with the overall goals of the project.

Building primarily in the most affluent areas of Southern California and Nevada such as Malibu, Laguna Beach, Laguna Hills, Friendly Hills, Newport Beach, Coronado, Beverly Hills, Indian Wells, Rancho Mirage, Las Vegas and Green Valley, the partners have built and/or renovated many custom home estates.  And,they have received national recognition for their work  - such as the Gold Nugget Award given at the Pacific Coast Builders’ Conference for Best Custom Home Design.

With over 80 years of collective experience, the principals of The Family Development Team have been very active building commercial, industrial and retail projects throughout the western United States.  Having worked with some of the nation’s most successful restaurant and retail companies such as Starbuck’s, Safeway and Trader Joes, the principals bring their many years of experience to every commercial project they oversee.

Having been involved in hundreds of new home communities, the principals of The Family Development Team have overseen the sale over 10,000 new homes.   As both Realtors and members of the Multiple Listings Service (MLS),The Family Development Team offers its individual clients local expertise and the keen ability to evaluate and sell all property types.   In addition to their resale experience,The Family Development Team has specialized in selling and marketing new home developments throughout Southern California, Arizona and Nevada.
